This Privacy Policy explains how TournaBlade ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application provided by GoldDev ("we", "us", or "our").
TournaBlade is designed to help users create and manage local tournaments and events.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:
- Email address
- User ID associated with your account
- Profile nickname or username
- Tournament and event data you create or manage
- Participation and role data related to tournaments or events
- Private match chat messages sent inside the App
- Basic app usage and technical diagnostics, if enabled through our service providers
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide tournament and event features
- Enable participation, roles, standings, brackets, and related flows
- Enable private match chat where available
- Maintain app security, reliability, and functionality
- Fix bugs and improve the product
3. Authentication and Guest Use
Some features may be available without a full registered account, such as limited guest flows for local tournaments. Other features, especially account-based event features, require a stable registered account.
4. Third-Party Services
TournaBlade uses third-party services to operate the App. These providers may process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics
The App may use technical analytics or diagnostics tools to understand app stability, feature usage, and overall product performance. We do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Tournament, profile, and related account data may remain stored until you delete your account or request deletion where applicable.
7. Account Deletion
TournaBlade provides in-app account deletion from the hamburger menu: Profile > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing tournabladeapp@gmail.com. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize relevant personal data associated with that account, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following situations:
- With service providers that help us operate the App
- When required by law or valid legal process
- To protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud and abuse
9. Children’s Privacy
TournaBlade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove the data if appropriate.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
